Orders and Customization

All personalized items and custom songs are created based on customer-provided information. Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted details before finalizing their order.

Custom Song Creation

Each song is uniquely produced for the customer and is considered a personalized product. Minor revisions may be available at our discretion.

Delivery

Delivery timing is estimated and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Balloons with Tunes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Due to availability, some decorative or gift items may vary slightly while
maintaining overall presentation quality.
 

Refunds and Cancellations page

Because our products are customized, refunds may be limited once production begins. Cancellations may be accepted prior to customization or production starting. Liability Balloons with Tunes is not responsible for damages caused after delivery including environmental conditions affecting balloon lifespan.
 

Intellectual Property

Custom songs are created for personal use. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
