- 01After placing your order, you will complete a short song detail form. Our team uses your information to create a unique custom song tailored to your message and occasion.
- 02Song creation occurs after checkout. In many cases, customers receive the completed song shortly before or at delivery depending on the order timeline.
- 03Orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) are typically completed same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM may still be completed same day depending on workload. Confirmation will be provided when possible.
- 04We are open: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 7 Days Per Week Closed on Christmas Day.
- 05No. Our balloon presentations use professional air-filled designs that maintain their shape and presentation longer than helium balloons

- 07Yes. Delivery availability depends on your location and scheduling. Delivery details are confirmed during checkout.
- 08Customers may choose to include an optional Bluetooth audio device so the recipient can hear their personalized song when opening the gift.
